Wedding Packages
Day-Of Coordination
Starting at $1,200
Includes:
Up to 4 hours for rehearsal dinner / run through
Arrival approximately 3 hours before guests
Set up table decor and additional wedding decor
Ensure the venue is ready
Liaise with vendors
Ensure the timeline/itinerary are kept on track
Point of contact for vendors and guests with any questions or concerns on the day of
Service until the final wedding tradition/itinerary item (cake cutting, first dance, etc.)
Up to 10 hours for the day-of
Partial Planning
Starting at $2,200
Includes:
Assistance with up to 2 vendors and suppliers(sourcing and communication)
Planning / Meetings
Weekly touchpoint meetings 1 month prior
Creation of Wedding Day Documents
Itinerary, MC cues, Floor plan
Completion Spreadsheet 1 month before the Wedding
Day-of Coordination items included
Comprehensive Planning
Starting at $4,500
Includes:
Assistance with theme/decor style concept
Assistance with venue selection and all vendors (flowers, photography, entertainment, etc.)
Planning/Meetings
Regular touchpoint calls
Provide detailed to-do checklists and reminders
Full floor plan design for all wedding day spaces
Day-of and Partial Planning Package items included
